Support

MTap is used by companies in Cambodia for their sales teams: NFC business cards, public profile pages and a shared lead pipeline. Your account is created by your company's MTap admin.

Signing in

• Sign in with the work email and the password your company's admin gave you.
• To change your password, open the app and go to Settings → Change password, or use Change password in the account menu of the web admin.
• Forgot your password? Ask your company's MTap admin to set a new one for you.

Cards and your profile page

• Edit your photo, title, bio and contact accounts in the app under Settings → Edit my profile.
• For a new or lost card, contact your company's MTap admin.

Deleting your account

Ask your company's MTap admin to remove you, or email [email protected] from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm and delete the account and its personal data within 30 days. Leads you worked on belong to your company and stay with it. See the privacy policy for details.
